BACKGROUND

State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) is a Government Business Enterprise which has a role as one of the activities of business actors in the development of national economy.

The role of SOEs is an important and strategic, where in addition to developing state-owned businesses as well as businessmen come burdened with the task of fostering and developing the Small and Medium Enterprises sector both at central and regional Government, and to contribute to caring coaching environment (environmental bina).

Construct neighborhood in the scope of state responsibility because we realize that the climate will improve, when the business environment comfortable and clean, so caring coaching environment currently included in the scope of state responsibility.

Important and strategic role that the broader scope is sometimes – sometimes not understood by the business which raised various interpretations that SOE performance lacked a role in efforts to improve and enhance the national economy and the development environment, but SOE’s performance from year to year always experience change and improvement in line with the development and improvement of the Indonesian economy and the improvement of business environment more conducive to and comfortable.

Along with the development and the needs of an increasingly complex business and to enhance the business image both at home and abroad, it is necessary to the promotion and dissemination efforts and performance of state programs, especially its role in nurturing and developing the Group of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to become buffer pillars of national economy.

One effective vehicle for promotion and dissemination of this environment is through the Fair or Exhibition in the expo which can be displayed clearly and can interact directly how the SOEs to provide guidance to the SME business sector from a variety of products and business activities, and how great success that has been obtained so far.
